JBT Multi Scraper

The Multi Scraper is used for all scraping tasks and isavailable in 2 models:

One with adjustable scraper width in 5 different widths(1,61m - 5,10m), and one with fixed scraper width in 7 different widths(1,25m - 4,00m).

The Multi Scraper is supplied with brackets according to customer request. The scraper blade is made of steel armed rubber that makes the scraper extremely wear resistant

Models

Adjustable width

The adjustable scrapers have a working width of 1,61 m to 5,10 m.

The width is hydraulically controlled.

This models are used where there is a need to regulate the scrape width with high accuracy, for example on passageways in cowsheds.

Fixed width

The scraper is available in the following widths :

1,25m / 1,50 m / 2,00 m / 2,50 m / 2,75 m / 3,00 m / 4,00 m

These models are used for example for scraping squares, lanes, paths, corridors etc. , where there is no need to regulate the scraper width.

History

The Multi Scraper is developed in collaboration between JBT Maskinværksted, JB Maskiner and a group of professional farmers – who had a wish to develop a durable and robust scraper, that could be used to scrape passageways in cowsheds.

This required a scraper that could be adjusted in the width, as the width of the passageways was different.

It was also a goal that the scraper should be independent of the type of loader, tractor, telescopic loader etc.

The result of the collaboration has been JBT Multi Scraper, which has a specially designed framework that makes it very robust, and a steel armed scraper blade that makes it extremely durable.

The Multi Scraper is made in 2 models, one that has hydraulically adjustable scraper width and one with fixed scraper width.

The Multi Scraper is supplied with an easily changeable bracket according to customer request.

The adjustable scraper makes it possible to regulate the scrape witdh with a high accuracy, so that the passageways in for example cowsheds can be scraped completely clean in one step. This saves time for the farmer and provides clean and dry passageways.

The Multi Scraper is supplied with an easily changeable bracket according to customer request and are available for all types of loaders, tractors, telescopic loaders etc.

The frame is specially designed which provides a solid and strong scraper that resists heavy loads.

The scraper blade is made of steel armed rubber that makes the scraper extremely wear resistant.
